Greetings from The Learning Luminarium! 

 Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We understand that selecting the right OBU mentor is stressful and complicated. And while we are not medical doctors, it is proven that writing to us will reduce your stress ☺  

This email is to let you know

1. We got your mail!
So no need to fret on whether it is received – it is.

2. We will not keep you waiting.
We stay in the movie location of Crazy Rich Asians, Singapore! But we are not Crazy Rich and work hard during the day. As such, we get tired and may be asleep at night, as you write this. However, the longest we take to reply is 12 hours. First thing in the morning, one of us fanatically checks the email. Brushing teeth can wait.

3. We are aware that we sometimes click “send” too fast!
But you may have a few more questions to ask! Don’t be shy to write again! So fire away, ask us anything on your mind.
