We reply all emails within 24 hours. Reviews take between 24 hours to 72 hours depending on the stage you are at. Comments are left using the “comment” function on Microsoft Word. Usually, the review happens in stages, before each meeting. This allows the meeting to focus on any doubts the student might have with the comments, and ensures that the meetings are focused on the problems faced by the student.

Dedicated. The work is distributed evenly across mentors, ensuring that each mentor takes no more than 15 students per submission period.

Personal. The online nature of the mentorship ensures that your meetings are flexible, and can be moved to fit your schedule easily. There is no need to travel, and you will always have all your documents with you as they are all saved on your computer.

Yes you may! As far as possible, we try to accommodate any such requests because the mentorship is all about you. However, if your preferred mentor currently has a heavy workload or does not specialise in your preferred topic, we would let you know at the point of registration.

We understand that extensions may be required. Due to the policy of each mentor not having more than 15 students, an extension would mean that 1 less student will be taken by the mentor in the following semester. An administrative charge will be incurred for that. All students will be supported by their mentors so that they can finish on time and avoid such issues.
