Step 1:

Ensure that you have met the requirements for the Research and Analysis Project.

Step 2:

Decide on your preferred mode of payment and package. We accept payment by through the following methods:

  • Bank transfer through Azimo, TransferWise & International Telegraphic Transfer. For Azimo and TransferWise payments, a 4% discount will be given to reflect the lower transaction costs incurred on our end. Only students from countries in the EU are currently able to use Azimo and TransferWise.
  • Debit/Credit Card payments through Stripe or PayPal. You can pay directly on our website using your card through Stripe.

Step 3:

Email us at with your details from step 2, along with your country of residence, timezone and whether you’re currently a full-time student. We will send you an invoice.

Step 4:

Upon receipt of the invoice, proceed to make payment. For PayPal payments, you can subscribe directly on our website. Please indicate your invoice number.

Step 5:

All materials will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Your mentor will also be in contact within that time period. You will then arrange for a meeting at a time convenient for you both. That can happen within 1 to 3 days.


 How will you hold meetings and presentations?

All meetings and presentations will be held on The website allows the student to assume the role of the presenter, and records all meetings. It has a whiteboard, a document sharing function, and allows our mentor to annotate on all documents shared. All recordings are made available to our platinum students, and are reviewed to ensure quality.

 How long do your reviews take?

We reply all emails within 24 hours. Reviews take between 24 hours to 72 hours depending on the stage you are at. Comments are left using the “comment” function on Microsoft Word. Usually, the review happens in stages, before each meeting. This allows the meeting to focus on any doubts the student might have with the comments, and ensures that the meetings are focused on the problems faced by the student.

The online nature of the mentorship ensures that your meetings are flexible, and can be moved to fit your schedule easily. There is no need to travel, and you will always have all your documents with you as they are all saved on your computer. Finally, we cannot over-emphasise the quality of our mentors. In 2017, we have also moved much of the general content of our mentorship onto a series of web lectures that all students would gain access to. These lectures cover the basic requirements of the most popular topics and transferable skills across all project areas. This ensures that the 3 mentorship meetings you have with your mentor focuses on the specific concerns that you have and the issues that only you face. These meetings are much more effective, efficient and focused.

 I was referred by a friend who worked very well with his mentor. Could I request for a specific mentor?

Yes you may! As far as possible, we try to accommodate any such requests because the mentorship is all about you. However, if your preferred mentor currently has a heavy workload or does not specialise in your preferred topic, we would let you know at the point of registration.
